Question 4

TICKETS

Accepted Answer

Presale tickets for certain shows are available for purchase on our website via our ticketing partner Tixr.com . See CALENDAR tab above. Service fees apply on all presales. A Ticket Tier refers to the price of a presale ticket. Tier 1 is the lowest price and for those who buy presale tickets first. Tier 2 is the next slightly more expensive price level. Tier 3 and so on are similar until we are sold out. Ticket Tiers do not refer to a customer's access within the club. As demand for tickets rises, we move to the next Tier level - so buy early for the best price! If you purchase a presale ticket, your digital ticket will be scanned at the door for entry. Unless an event is clearly marked as sold out, Cover Charge will also be available for purchase night-of at the door, typically for slightly more than the last presale Ticket Tier price, until the event has reached capacity.

Question 5

COVER CHARGE

Accepted Answer

If you choose to pay Cover Charge at the door (rather than purchasing a presale ticket where available), the price will vary depending upon age and the programming for that night. 18-20 year old customers will pay a higher price for cover charge than 21+ customers which can typically range from $5-$35+/person.

Question 6

REFUND POLICY

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. Event admission purchases are non-refundable & non-transferable in most cases except for cancelled performances. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) to ten (10) business days upon cancellation of the event.

Please send links to videos, music and as much useful information as you can. If you’re traveling through Charlotte, a specific timeframe always helps too. If you are local, please let us know where you play often, and who you play with. Check out our website to see the types of shows we book before reaching out. We do love to work with DIY touring bands, but unfortunately, we cannot help every band on tour (even though we wish we could!). If you contact us and we can’t accommodate you on this tour, we will try to help find someone who can.

Question 10

PRESS/PHOTO/MEDIA

Accepted Answer

Q: Is there a policy regarding photo/video/audio? A: Photo/video/audio policies are at the artists’ discretion and change night by night, but our standing policy is that no professional equipment is allowed unless authorized by the bands. With permission to photograph or record, you are allowed to capture the first 3 songs (no flash). You are welcome to bring your camera with the understanding that you may need to take it back to your car before entering the venue. Video recording is never allowed without permission. Permission must be obtained before the day of the show. Q: How do I get a photo or media pass? A: All requests for media/photo passes must go through the artist/band’s publicist or label directly. We cannot offer media/photo passes. Only media/photo passes that have been submitted by the bands will be honored. Q: I have a blog – does that mean I get in for free? A: If you have a real blog, you can request media passes through the label/publicist, as described above.

Question 12

TICKETING QUESTIONS

Accepted Answer

Q: Help! I am having difficulty buying tickets online/I can’t find my email receipt/I haven’t received my tickets yet – what do I do? A: All ticket concerns must be addressed at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online via Tixr, please reach out to a customer service rep at support.tixr.com . For tickets purchased through outside event organizers or ticketing sites, please contact the point of sale’s customer service department for assistance. Q: What is your refund policy? A: All sales are final. We only issue a refund when a headlining act cancels or postpones their performance, at which point refunds will be made through Tixr automatically. They will notify you right away. We NEVER issue refunds in person at the venue. For purchases from outside event organizers’ or ticketing sites, please refer to the event organizer's refund policy or contact the customer service department at the point of sale. Q: The website shows “Sold Out”, can I still get tickets? A: No. If the website says it is “Sold Out,” then there are no more tickets for sale. It is unlikely any tickets will be released at the door, but you could get lucky. (Psst…follow @tdampballantyne on social media for live updates before the show!) Ticket scalpers are prohibited.
